Yes, the library has access to the IEEE Xplore database. The best way to access this is by going through the library website and finding the database on our A-Z databases list. When you choose IEEE Xplore you will be redirected to the NCI login page where you log in with your student email and your NCI password, you will then have access to the IEEE Xplore resources.
