For all issues relating to IT you should visit the IT Support Hub.

The IT Support Hub provides articles on how to solve many issues but if you still cannot find a solution to your issue you can "submit a request" at the top right corner of the page and IT will issue you with a ticket and reply to your query as soon as they can.
