Question: How do I check/top up my print balance?
 

In order to print documents in NCI you must first be sure you have enough money in your print account to cover the costs (8 cents per page for black and white and 50 cent per page for colour). 

You can go the Student Print Centre to check and if necessary top up your balance using a debit/credit card. Print accounts can only be topped up using the online payments system. You can also check your print balance by swiping your card at any printer and then choosing the My Account tab at the top of the screen.
