When you first click onto a library webpage the LibChat help box will pop up in the bottom right of the screen after about 10 seconds of being on the page, this will look like the below image;
You can either "Chat Now" or say "No Thanks". If you choose "No Thanks" but later find you have a query or need some help there will be a small speech bubble permanently in the bottom right corner which you can click on to start a chat. If there is someone available to chat there will be three dots in the speech bubble like this;
If there are no dots in the speech bubble there is no one available at the moment but you can still click the bubble and create a ticket and someone will reply to your query by email as soon as possible. Make sure when creating a ticket that you provide your student email and it isn't misspelled or missing the x at the beginning.
