Question: Why can't I download an eBook?

The library uses a number of different eBook providers (find them all here) and there are different settings for certain ones regarding downloading eBooks.

VLeBooks only allows you to read online (no downloading). You will be able to print a certain amount from this read online version (usually around 80 pages).

Proquest is primarily read online only but it will allow you to download one chapter from a book and it will allow you to print a substantial amount from each book.

O'Reilly Learning is a read online only platform (no downloading).

Other databases such APA PsycBooks and EBSCO eBook Collection will allow you to download the full books and these two databases can be searched individually or both can be found through Discovery.
