Question: Why am I getting an authentication failed error message when trying to run Draft Coach?
 

If you have correctly followed the instructions for adding Turnitin Draft Coach to your Word or Google Docs document (see below FAQs) but are getting an error saying something like "authentication failed" you may need to enable pop-ups in your web browser and try again.

If the problem still persists you might want to try clearing your cache.
