How long does it take to get a similarity report?

Answer

To answer this question you should refer to the Library's FAQ on making draft submissions. This explains that the first 4 submissions you make will generate a similarity report within a few minutes (you may need to refresh your webpage to see the report) and after the 4th any submissions will take 24 hours to generate a report.
