What does the Citations Check on Draft Coach do?

Basically the Citation Check feature on Draft Coach will identify when your citations are missing references or when your references are missing citations. It is important to note that the Citation Check does not correct your referencing but instead instead identifies cases where you may accidentally plagiarise by not having a corresponding reference for each citation.
