Why is there a grey icon where my Similarity score should be?

Answer

A greyed out icon in the similarity score column means your score has not yet generated. This can usually take up to 10 minutes to generate and often you will need to refresh the page for your score to generate.

Depending on how many draft submissions you have made similarity scores can in certain cases take 24 hours to generate, see our FAQ below on draft submissions to see if this is a possibility.
